Effective August 23, 2026. Paperknife provides automated text extraction from public PDF URLs. You must have the right to access and process each source.

Payment and delivery

The listed x402 price is charged only when the extraction endpoint returns a successful response. Blockchain settlements are final. If delivery fails before settlement, no payment is collected.

Limits

Files are processed transiently and are not intentionally retained. The service rejects private-network URLs and enforces published file and page limits. Availability and extraction accuracy are provided as-is without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, access controls, or applicable law; probe private networks; distribute malware; or overload the service.
